Today, Katharine Shilcutt reported that Nation's Restaurant News has named Tilman Fertitta an "Executive to Watch" in 2011. She agreed that we should keep an eye on him, if for different reasons than NRN's. Meanwhile, commenter tinyhands had his own reason to not let Fertitta out of sight:

"Executive to watch" should be interpreted to mean "because he's got his hand in your pocket, you unsuspecting sap."

We'll be on high alert, tinyhands. Cheers!
