The Food Holes at the Renaissance Fest

Categories: On the Menu

I took a trip out to the Renaissance Festival this weekend. Seems like a lot of the food never changes: turkey legs, meat on a stick, funnel cake, muffalettas (muffalettas, really?).

But while in the German Court, I discovered a burger with sauerkraut, mushrooms, cheese and mustard, of course, all on a sweet bun.

I must say it was better than the typical archaic food served there. The sweet bun was a nice touch.

I always like how when you order something at Renfest, it comes from a hole in the wall, like a food glory hole.
