I Heart the OC...Pizza

If you have never tried the OC pizza at Onion Creek on White Oak, do yourself a favor head over there pronto and indulge in one of my favorite things on offer there. Imagine the best Stouffer's French Bread pizza in the world and then turn it up to 11. 
The OC pizza is a ciabatta cut in half and topped with a mound of cheese, green olives, red onions, salami and mushrooms and baked to absolute perfection. I usually only can eat the first half and save the other half for later. It is one of those dishes that works as a late-night snack that you don't have to kill again in the microwave. Like so many things in the food kingdom, it is perfect at room temperature.
