The Pâté de Paris Sandwich from Spec's

If you have never had the pleasure of eating a sandwich from Spec's Midtown, you are missing out. The deli in the back is amazing. It has burgers, chili cheese dogs and sandwiches that will blow your mind. I recently got the Pâté de Paris sandwich for $6.99.

This monster comes with pâté, roast beef, cole slaw, mustard and mayo on toasted rye. It is so obnoxiously good. The pâté dominates the sandwich with its rich liver taste, but the roast beef adds a different meat texture. The cole slaw is the kicker that gets you at the end, making you want to take that next bite to get the pate flavors back. I don't know if they eat these sandwiches in Paris, and I don't care.
