Tierra Caliente Taco Truck at West Alabama Ice House.

We were headed to our favorite ice house and noticed a taco trailer was parked on the corner right under the West Alabama Ice House sign. Holy frijoles, this is the best idea since tall boys. Now we can hang out on picnic benches, drink cheap beer and, if we get hungry -- which we always do -- we can eat tacos.

Corn or flour, pork or beef, red sauce or green sauce? The tacos at Tierra Caliente are really good and fresh: full of tender meat with loads of flavor and lots of fresh onions and cilantro on top. We're pretty sure that the folks at West Alabama Ice House wouldn't let just any taco truck pull up and hand out street snacks to its loyal patrons.

This is a match made in heaven.
