It looks like dan bing you tiao crossed w/ shao bing you tiao...I usually only see you tiao inside of shao bing..but in this case it looks like they took it and stuffed it in the dan bing. I'm gonna Classic Kitchen? Either way...looks yum.

these ones don't taste terrible until you've tried those from beijing street corners
