Every Thanksgiving, a few dozen Bubbas burn their houses down trying to fry turkeys. If you are planning to fry a turkey, check out this safety video from UL. It illustrates the three classic turkey fryer mistakes--too much oil, runaway temperature, and failure to thaw the bird completely.
