It seems everyone in Houston is familiar with Jon Paul. The popular restaurant world figure made his name as a host at Tony's, then worked as a consultant for Marco Wiles (Da Marco and Dolce Vita), then for Sabor, which is no more.
After that, he joined Polo Becerra (Polo's, Post Oak Grill). And now, he's landed at Landry's: The Steakhouse restaurant in the San Luis Resort, Spa & Conference Center in Galveston has hired JP as their manager. Go by and see him. -- Paul Galvani
