Snag a couple of tickets to comedian/actor/writer/producer Lily Tomlin's upcoming one-person show. Art Attack and our friends over at Society for the Performing Arts have two tickets to give away to a lucky reader. (More on how to enter in a minute.)
After 50 years in show business and multiple Emmys, Tony Awards and an Oscar nomination to her credit, Tomlin shows no signs of slowing down. She's just finished filming Admission with Tina Fey and Paul Rudd and currently stars in the television series Malibu Country with Reba McEntire and Web Therapy with Lisa Kudrow.
On February 9, Tomlin takes over Jones Hall with a show that features her signature characters, among them Ernestine, a condescending telephone operator with a snort for a laugh, and Edith Ann, a five-and-a-half-year-old philosopher. (We're hoping she includes Pervis Hawkins, a black male R&B singer modeled after singer Luther Vandross.)
